As Senior Executive, General Counsel & Secretary for Porch Group (NASDAQ: PRCH), reporting directly to the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors, I oversee all legal, compliance, ESG and government affairs functions for this leading homeowners insurance and vertical B2B SaaS platform. I directly advise our senior executives, including the CEO, COO, President (Insurance) and CFO, on all legal matters, as well as key operational and strategic matters. I also manage Porch Group's corporate governance, including matters relating to our independent Board of Directors, such as formulation of meeting agendas, preparation and review of meeting materials, minutes, consents and other matters, and personally advise the Board of Directors (including our Lead Independent Director) on various matters relating to risk, government relations, ESG, independence and legal compliance. My global team of 15+ lawyers, paralegals and experts, along with our network of outside law firms and consultants, partner with our business leaders to help drive innovation. Our efforts include compliance with 50+ P&C insurance and warranty regulation / licensing regimes, global privacy and consumer protection regulations, establishment of security and risk standards, managing high-stakes litigation, enterprise risk management, engagement in the legislative process, contract negotiation and review, 15+ M&A closings, and many other activities.I have worked hand-in-hand with our CFO as lead partners on numerous debt and equity financings for Porch Group, raising in excess ~$2 billion in aggregate across our cap table.

As a member of the executive team reporting directly to the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors, we lead a successful, multi-billion dollar initial public offering of our common stock on Nasdaq (NASDAQ: PRCH). Concurrently, I directed the creation and establishment of a majority independent Board of Directors including a Lead Independent Director role.
