I am currently working as a Lead developer at BT Directories where I am look after the multitude of systems ranging from our current portfolio directory portfolio through to systems for our online product set.As well as our directory portfolio I am responsible for the outstanding site builder software which was started by a colleague before he left to start his own company and now serves websites to nearly 30,000 customers :)

This role required me to provide visitors to the university with an insight into what was on offer to prospective students.It typically took the form of showing groups of 5 - 15 people of all ages around the university.We also held experience days and presetations for pupils of the local schools and prospetive students to see what life is like at university and show off the facilities that are on offer to students.

I was a store supervisor at the local Spar during my time at university. My duties involded managing 2-3 members of staff and ensuring the store was fully stocked, clean and tidy as well as dealing with any comments / complaints that customers may have had regarding their visit. I was also responsible for opening andclosing the store as well as accepting delivery of stock and ensuring it was on the shelves that same day to ensure the freshness of the stock
