Through these vehicles and other direct contracts, achieved an average 64%-win rate (2013-15) on opportunities bid and won over $150M in prime contract work within DHS. Sold ownership stake in May of 2016.

Recruited to join the SOFTBANK and NASDAQ U.S. joint venture NASDAQ Japan. Served as a leader in the implementation of NASDAQ’s first data center and member firm communications network in Asia. As 1 of 4 Americans working in a Japanese company, and with competitive bidding being a non-traditional approach in Japanese business practice, managed two high profile RFP efforts targeting leading outsourced data center and network service providers in support of NASDAQ Japan’s mission critical market infrastructure. Successfully managed the proposal evaluation process and negotiated two individual multi-million dollar IT outsourced service provider contracts with KDDI and NTT. Guided the design and implementation of the NASDAQ U.S. and NASDAQ Japan PMO, including the development of project tracking tools, requirements management, reporting processes and financial controls. Responsible for financial management of a five million-dollar annual PMO operations budget and managed 22 PMO support staff responsible for coordinating engineering resources across 3 different countries (U.S., India, Japan).
