As Senior Sales Executive, Regional Director within our Wealth & Retirement channel for the East, I drive the development of new Individual/Retirement Account, Fund Custody (Private/40Act), Safekeeping, Verification, SMA, Defined Benefit Plan and PPLI/PPVA/IDF Custody business through Advisors, Broker-Dealers, Family Offices, Fund Managers, Investment Platforms and Institutions. Inspira's (formerly Millennium Trust Company) Custody Services offering within our Wealth & Retirement channel administers more than $40B in assets a/o 12/31/23.

Cross Campus Network is a start-up that aims to help students from non-target schools break into Wall Street. Students who participate in our live event series get face to face interaction with recruiters from top tier firms and bulge bracket banks. Since 2021, we've experienced a 30.8% increase in event participation... and this is just the beginning.

Responsible for evaluating, developing, implementing and growing the Alternative Investments product offering designed to meet the needs of Fidelity Institutional's High Net Worth clients. This included project management, product positioning, product pricing, product training, demo and sales presentations, P&L management, competitive analysis, as well as designing an effective service and support model and coordinating marketing campaigns for Fidelity Institutional's Broker/Dealer (National Financial Services, LLC) and RIA (Fidelity Institutional Wealth Services) channels. Through this platform Fidelity Institutional offers a wide variety of investment products that include Private Investment Funds (Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds, Managed Future Funds, and Private Equity Funds that may be structured as LPs/LLCs), Non-publicly traded REITs, Private Equity, and Private Debt offerings for their Broker-Dealer and RIA clients.

Managed a team of analysts within the Platform Deployment Team responsible for the successful integration of National Financial's web based brokerage platform - Streetscape, with a concentration on trading, compliance, money movement and client management tools for both new and existing client implementations. Responsible for conducting demo presentations of Streetscape, both in person and via webex, during sales and implementation process. Spearheaded consulting initiative which drove both growth and revenue through our existing client base and positively impacted our client's operational workflow.
