I was working for a Green Deal Provider carrying out EPCs and GDARS for social landlords to enable funding for Energy Efficiency measures. I also sold a list of Effective Energy Domestic Products to the General Public including Loft Insulation, Cavity Wall Insulation, Solid Wall Insulation and Solar PV. I used to carry out anywhere between 5-8 Green Deal Assessments a day whilst working on social projects, and became qualified to carry out DEC and Non Domestic assessments whilst in my role.ACHIEVEMENTS• Produced the company’s first Private Domestic External Wall Sale.• Was able to adapt quickly to the company’s needs.• Consistently had the company’s highest sales figures.

Working in an Independent Estate Agents, I would introduce buyers to properties that Quentin Marks had available for sale. I would also have to sales chase after a price was agreed to see the sale all the way through to exchange of contracts. I gained excellent experience in the Peterborough Housing Market and was consistently the company’s top salesman with houses sold per month.

I had never done this sort of work before and found it came very naturally. Was working for an agency called Pertemps at first selling British gas Products and managing a team of 5 advisors.Eventually grew the team to a size of over 20 advisors and became employed direct by British Gas. Also run the Area when the district Manager was on holiday and managed another 4 teams of the same size as mine.

I was working in a very busy Aldi Supermarket in Cambridge. My Responsibilities were learning over 550 prices of items in the store. Working on the tills typing in the price of each product, keeping the shop floor stocked with Aldi products, ordering stock. Running the store whilst manager had a Day off. Handling large sums of cash, and cashing up tills. Handling the safe key Locking the store and opening up in the morning and dealing with customer issues face to face.

I Was lucky enough to become a Professional football player once leaving school. My responsibilities were cleaning Pros boots & preparing everything for training, keeping ground tidy and sweeping terraces and training hard every day.
