I love coffee! I made excellent beverages and offered the utmost in customer service! I engaged with people daily and dove into all the life stories I could. I maintained the store, and consistently found ways to improve efficiency and customer focus.

I worked to offer excellent customer service at the largest hotel/convention center in the world. I also served as an interim rooms control agent to help structure occupancy to best leverage the hotel's offerings. I currently still am working here as an "on-call" agent to help on high-volume days as well as with training.
