Expanding on my previous role as VP - ANZ, I manage the P&L and am responsible for leading the APAC organisation and driving Accedo's continued growth and aggressive expansion plans in the region. Reporting directly to the company CEO, I oversee the company's business development, sales and marketing activities across the 5 offices (Sydney, Auckland, Hong Kong, Singapore and Delhi) in APAC. As a key member of the global management group, I actively contribute to the direction and execution of the long-term strategy. Communicating key market trends, local competitor analysis, pricing strategies, new service offering and product opportunities. As well as capturing and analysing new market opportunities.Working with the regions largest operators, broadcasters and premium service providers I am responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers and pride myself on being open and transparent in all business dealings. I regularly contribute and advise my clients and partners on how best to drive a successful and sustainable OTT strategy. Understanding the complex market conditions and helping clients navigate the vast service and product vendor ecosystem to meet both their short-term go-to-market requirements and connected device roadmap. Whilst being able to help ensure they are also equipped with the right platform and solution to handle their potential long-term strategy needs.

Hired as an interim CEO/Implementation Consultant on a 3-month contract. My role involved transitioning a technology platform to commercial release and advising on all aspects of the commercialisation process. No stranger to the media spotlight, IceTV has enjoyed significant subscriber growth here locally (& now in NZ), as the leading independent EPG provider for digital free-to-air (FTA) TV. I was a vital part of this success, having personally helped turn the small start-up into the company it is today and I am very proud of what the team has achieved.Despite much larger competitors and numerous obstacles to overcome, IceTV was the first to offer Australian viewers the ability to remotely program TV shows to record at home via a website, widget and then through custom mobile applications (iPhone, Google Android & Samsung Bada). IceTV continues to lead the way with EPG related recording technology and is a key driver in the switchover to digital TV in Australia.As IceTV's GM and the BD & Marketing Manager prior to that, I was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business and its diversified staff. With massive goals, limited resources and constant challenges from increasing competition, I had to be across all facets of the business and ensure the company was able to quickly adjust it's strategy when required.
