Key Responsibilities: - Provide 2nd Level support to MGC staff for incidents as assigned.- Undertake Service Requests which are out of scope for external partners.- Contribute to the establishment of the governance of infrastructure technologies used by MGC.- Provide consultancy and advice to internal staff on technology and infrastructure matters.- Maintain and support of infrastructure components relevant to an Enterprise Architecture, such as DNS, DHCP, WINS, RRAS, Active Directory and IP Address allocation.- Maintain the configuration and standards of infrastructure hardware and operating systems.- Work with service providers to develop detailed documentation on infrastructure configurations, and replacement products added to the SOE (eg, screens, NICs).- Project Manage small projects from time to time.Achievements: - Successfully migrated over 1000 End Users from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Exchange using the Quest Migration Tool (Quest Notes Migrator for Exchange 4.8).- Created new process for new user creation to prevent using migration licences, users created directly into Exchange & allow mail flow to continue between users on either Lotus Notes & Exchange.- Decommissioned redundant Lotus Notes servers.- Successfully assist in the relocation of the Brisbane Sales Office, involved in pre-work with Telstra & physically moving equipment from old site to new.- Provided over the phone support to MGC Board Members, taking them step by step to re-configure iPhone Network Connection App (Junos Pulse).

Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1st Level support to MGC staff for incidents as assigned, with occasional 2nd Level support.- Configure hardware for MGC staff including PCs, laptops, phones for use.- Perform occasional site visits to provide in person support- Escalate relevant IT incidents to appropriate teams including all required information within the ticket.- Create, support new user accounts for both Windows, Lotus Notes, Exchange & in house 3rd party apps.Achievements: - Successfully assist in the relocation of the Numurka Trading Store, physically moving equipment from old site to new & confirming all equipment was working on-site.
