As a leader the most rewarding opportunity is helping people succeed beyond their own expectations. I believe there is a code to unlock potential in everyone. It is my responsibility to identify that code and create an environment where team members can succeed, grow and be inspired to come to work every day. This principle applies to teams as well. My other passion is bringing together talented people to form successful teams and empowering them to achieve more than they thought possible. Crafting a collaborative environment where people become part of a world they helped to create drives teamwork. Achieving the goal is important, but the journey and what we learn as individuals and a team is the true value. I also love a challenge. While pushing the envelope can feel risky, the difficult or seemingly impossible is exactly where I like to live. As my wife says, “If you’re not going 95 MPH with your hair on fire, you’re not happy!”
