DUTIES:- Supervisor to 35 employees (blue and white collar)- Final responsible for production and production planning- Final responsible for purchasing; vendor selection and price negotiations- Member of the HACCP Team- R&D with cost calculation and pricing- Recruitment staffOPERATIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS:- Draft and implementation of an order processing system to production level- Cost controlling system on production level (based on kpi’s and food, labor and packaging cost)- Optimizing existing production processes- Installation and automation of a panini and ciabatta topping line in Moorsele - Installation of a frozen pizza line at a co-packer in the Czech RepublicBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACHIEVEMENTS- Sales of the major eventing accounts; ID&T (Tomorrowland), Dour Festival, Belgocatering, Texaco Benelux…(starting from the R&D of the product, on to the adequate production process, to cost calculation and pricing and finally the actual sale)- Sales of new projects to major supermarket chains: Aldi, Colruyt, Carrefour.

ACHIEVEMENTS- Assessment of the production figures and making a general efficiency comparison between bakery, manufacturing and packaging. Draft of improvement proposals.- Evaluation of the workstaff relative to the production cost efficiency.- Efficiency research and optimizing proposal for the Deli counter at the most important supermarkets of the UK (Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrison’s and Waitrose)
