Specialist supporting clients in the implementation of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, OHSAS 18001, BS 18477. As the Construction Product Regulations expert for the organisation I also implement systems for Steel Fabricators to enable them to meet their obligations under the CPR (BS1090 ISO 3834).My key area of operation is to examine and interpret existing and emerging legislation to ensure compliance for our clients. As part of this I carry out on site audits to report against breaches of relevant compliance.

Implementation of Integrated Management Systems is the first phase for many companies as they seek compliance with relevant Standards, Legislation and Guidance. For many however, there is a need to effectively maintain these standards and to move through into phase 2 where this initial achievement progresses to full integration within their overall operating practices and procedures. As Management Consultant my role is to provide a route for continual improvement through a process of internal auditing, management review, analysing non conformities (specifically with Health and Safety and Environmental Incidents) and challenging established and potentially inefficient work practices. On site audits for this aspect would also include adherence to your company policies and procedures.
