• Implemented and managed programs and projects to support Drive Clean Colorado's mission and strategic plan to advance clean transportation and healthy air in the Denver, Boulder, and I-70 West areas.• Led Drive Clean Colorado's fleet coaching and technical support, school bus electrification, and low-emission smart area (LESA) initiatives.• Served as the Colorado Energy Office's ReCharge coach for the Denver region providing advising on electric vehicles and charging infrastructure; from planning, to funding and incentives, utility coordination, deployment, and operations.• Supported public and private clean fleet transitions to electric and low-emission alternative fuels for light-, medium-, and heavy-duty vehicles.• Conducted economic and environmental impact assessments; including total cost of ownership, payback, cash flow, GHG, and air pollutant emission reductions.• Communicated and engaged with Drive Clean Colorado stakeholders and sponsors across regional and project objectives.• Provided policy insights to accelerate medium- and heavy-duty (M/HD) vehicle decarbonization in the state and in overburdened Colorado communities.

• Conducted in-depth interviews of large commercial and industrial (C&I) organizations and small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) representing over $400B in enterprise value and 60+ gigawatts of prospective demand for renewable energy projects in the next 5 years.• Collected and distilled qualitative data on company sustainability goals, decarbonization strategies, clean energy procurement, and utility DER / DSM program participation into actionable insights and solutions for E Source’s North American utility clientele.• Published research findings in client-facing trend reports and case studies and helped organize a roundtable session at E Source’s annual "E Source Forum" conference informing utility members on large C&I customer renewable energy, DER, DSM, and sustainability goals.

• Performed a comparative analysis of utility and legislative policies, programs, and incentives from across the U.S. to accelerate medium- and heavy-duty vehicle (MHDV) electrification, charging infrastructure deployment, and fleet turnover in the state of Colorado. • Engaged with stakeholders in environmental justice areas to identify obstacles and opportunities for electrifying local vehicle fleets and to gather data on MHDV composition.• Developed policy recommendations and strategies for the state to advance transportation electrification and to mitigate local air pollution and GHGs along the I-270 freight corridor.
