The council assists the program with input from relevant industry companies on the program's courses and outcomes which contributes to its accreditation process. I chaired this council from 2017-19 (rotating assignment).

• As manager of the Image Processing, Sacramento Hardware group, I am responsible for PCB and FPGA design activities and contribute to product architecture.Projects during this time period:
• Encore 3 video processor.
• PDS4K presentation switcher.
• IP4K video processor.
• E2/S3/Ex video processors.
• EC-30/40/50/200/210 controllers.

• Responsibilities include:
• Technology guidance and roadmap development.
• Schedule guidance and monitoring.
• Team collaboration both inside local team and across related teams within Barco.Continuing work as a team contributor on a number of current projects.
• ImagePro II - Worked on various FPGA tasks and oversaw hardware through final year of development to successful product launch.
• Upgrade of ImageProHD to ImagePro3G.

• Electronic hardware, FPGA digital logic, and embedded software design.
• Increasing responsibilities throughout this period including responsibilities over all FPGA designs, scheduling and resource management.
• Involved in system architecture of all hardware platforms developed at this site during this time period.
• Involved in design review process for all PCBs developed during this time period.Projects worked on include:
• Matrix DVI Router - Project Manager, and FPGA designs
• BlendPro II - Project Manager
