- One of the two founders of DayZ that joined Bohemia- Managed risks and establish risk mitigation including crisis management.- Assisting establishing achievable goals of milestones within game development timeline.- Contributing to the core vision and theme of DayZ- Ensuring constant uptime in our core systems- Tracking and managing budget for art assets- Organising our attendance at trade shows, including public relations, meeting panel deadlines and meeting with companies partner's on behalf of the project.- Managing the localisation of the title into 10 different languages and establishing the pipeline for this.- Creating our support system pipelines and establishing the support team to respond to queries from our players and customers- Keeping notes of meetings and key decisions within the project- Managing the projects move over the Atlassian agile systems (Confluence and Jira) and supporting the internal teams with the different pipelines. As well as creating templates for our team to use.- Being one of the public faces of the game at multiple trade shows, industry panels and in media interviews.- Ensuring our game meets the required internal standards and external legislation so that it's able to be distributed legally via online distribution methods (Steam)- Forging better relations with our companies partners to ensure greater success before, during and after release of the development of the title (Steam, Multiplay, AMD, Nvidia+)- Community engagement - Being there for the players, listening, responding and being approachable for their suggestions, complaints and desires.- Team building, solving personal issues within the team to strive to a better outcome.- Supervising our forum software and ensuring the forum team feel supporting by the core development team- Word man, weaving our brand's messages into a coherent output to the community.
