Generated a cashable saving of £250k from reduced storage costs, as well as being the enabler for the office relocation and mobile projects. Technology Enabled Change (Agile)• Business Intelligence project - planned the architecture of a new data warehouse, utilising ETL processes and warehousing standards, to meet the ‘one version of the truth’ strategic vision. Matrix managed a project team of 5 Data Architects and Data Analysts. This project utilised an Agile methodology. Resulted in providing end user analytical capability (SQL SSRS), which greatly improved business decision making.Business Change• Asset Management Review - objective to identify process savings and ‘making best use of systems’. Conducted deep dive business analysis that identified process efficiencies and defined options for a new operational structure. Project realised clearer lines of business reporting and improved contract management. This work was aligned with standardising system work flows and developing system API integrations (Northgate and Keystone) to replace unnecessary manual intervention. • Customer Digital Access - business case development with the objective to channel shifting 50% of contact on to a new digital platform. Led the engagement with all business stakeholders to establish the business case.
