I am an experienced organizational developer, strategist, relationship and business developer, and marketing professional with a passion for building and leading multidisciplinary teams to understand, develop, and implement elegant solutions to unique organizational and business challenges. I have had the honor of developing my career at a small regional environmental and civil engineering firm, two global engineering/environmental consultancies, a boutique A/E/C industry management consulting firm, a global water products company and currently helping a 320+ person multidisciplinary architecture, planning, engineering, and construction/project management firm grow in the Pacific Northwest, Rocky Mountains, and globally. I have extensive knowledge of the architecture, landscape architecture, planning, water resources, water/wastewater, transportation, site development, construction, international development, environmental, and mining markets. Among my experiences I can also list - entrepreneur. In September 2015 fate offered me the opportunity to launch Just be...LLC offering management consulting and executive coaching to organizations and individuals in the A/E/C industry. In 2021, I "wound down" Just be but kept my passion for improving businesses and coaching individuals along their unique career journeys.
