With a well-worn tool belt and a Gradall in my backyard, I have learned the construction and development businesses from the ground-up. Today, I focus primarily on finance, management and design, though my hands-on experience is invaluable and applied daily. I started Terrex and TerraCorp over three decades ago to provide development, management and brokerage services. Over the years, we have evolved their operations to develop and manage our portfolio with select partners. To satiate my passion for technology and fascination with forward-thinking startups, I’ve branched into providing seed funding and helping found new technology ventures via MJV Capital and its affiliates.
