Hi there, I'm Matt! I am a team leader and seasoned facilitator committed to supporting individuals, organizations, and communities. Starting with a joy for cleaning and vacuuming in my youth (it’s true!), my desire to organize and cultivate structure amidst chaos has grown into a love of organizational development to support mission-driven teams and help them thrive.In my 15 years of experience in non-profit management, I have strategically advanced missions and organizations in many capacities – from residential program development, implementation, strategic planning, operations, building effective teams, to leading outdoor, experiential, cross-cultural, peace building, and youth-centered programs.I pride myself on being a detail oriented systems thinker, and am passionately committed to values-driven processes. I am accomplished in program oversight and evaluation, licensing & regulation, budget creation and adherence, fundraising, community outreach, emergency management, risk mitigation, large and small group facilitation, meditation, public speaking, and holistic, solution-focused problem solving.
