Life’s too short to do something you're not passionate about. I used to sit at a desk and crank out graphic design, video and web projects for action sports companies. After getting laid-off I took my severance and unemployment pay and went to Mexico to travel and surf. My travels then brought me to Colorado where my passion for the mountains has grown exponentially. In the Winter I work for Copper Mountain on Ski Patrol. In the Summer I climb/hike/backpack guide as well as bartend for The Barrel, a craft beer garden in Estes Park. LIFE IS AWESOME!I’m also passionate about youth development through the outdoors. With five seasons of backpacking in Colorado teaching youth to be self sufficient in the backcountry.
