I had a mixed role, managing specification in Central London, and major national projects. Then training the commercial sales team specifically in the Healthcare specification sector on key subjects including Bacteria Control, Legionella, Pseudomonas Aeregenosa. I was also involved in the creation of the Commercial Specifications teams KPI's.

• I have been working with Delabie for over 5 years managing Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex and East London. In this time I have more than tripled area turnover, built and maintained a large contact database, and identified the key decision makers within the sectors I manage. My role involves promoting our range of commercial water controls into Architects, Consulting Engineers, Public Health Engineers, Main Contractors, Mechanical / Plumbing Contractors, Estates & Facilities Management Groups, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Hospitals, Schools / Colleges / Universities, Leisure, Prisons, Care / Student / Hotel Accommodations and Distributors. Within these sectors I actively track projects with the key decision makers, negotiate supply chain agreements, and get our products specified. I also conduct CPD and Product presentations.

I started of within the company as a bathroom & Kitchen sales specialist. As my knowledge and skills progressed within the industry I managed to open a new position within the company as a Bathroom Planner. This involved me spending a small proportion of my working week in the field, from domestic customer home visits (retail) to contract site visits (trade).

This is what I classed as my first major job after leaving college. This position involved working under a lot of pressure ensuring that aircraft parts were being manufactured within the deadlines given by the major aircraft company’s. I left this company due to redundancy.

I started at Powerhouse part-time whilst I was at college. I came about working here as this was my placement for my work experience through secondary school, then I had an invitation to work part-time (weekends & evenings). In 2000 I became full-time as my college courses had finished and was in the process of looking for a new position as my major career stepping stone (Inflite). The role of this position was to sell on commission, the more you sell the more you earn. This is where my gift of selling naturally came out and ever since my careers have involved selling in different areas
