My initial role post-graduation was as the Head of Ecommerce in the family-owned enterprise H.W.Larsen. This segued into an opportunity to spearhead Vuffeli's growth, transitioning it from a modest five-person team to a robust ensemble of over 20, and boosting its valuation to an impressive 30 million DKK in Løvens Hule (the Danish equivalent of Shark Tank).Throughout my career, my tasks have revolved around crafting innovative software solutions, meticulously planning and executing both long- and short-term projects, and effectively leading a talented team. Confronting and overcoming various challenges along the way has endowed me with invaluable insights. Part of my role as a leader also involves the recruitment and development of skilled individuals, a process that has enhanced my understanding and respect for cultivating motivation and engagement in the workplace.Now at LEGO, I apply these skills and experiences to lead engineering teams, further fostering an environment of innovation, inspiration, and fun.
