As the first employee of Functionize, I have been a key contributor to the company's growth and success. I have collaborated closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Partners, Customer Success, Product, Data Science, and Engineering to help Functionize scale and mature as a company.My key accomplishments at Functionize include:- Securing our first customer and leading outbound email campaigns that resulted in the acquisition of our first enterprise customers- Contributing to the creation and evolution of the demo and delivering it to prospects and clients- Creating and maintaining all initial training and onboarding materials, as well as customer-facing documentation- Managing the onboarding of all early customers as a Customer Success Manager (CSM)- Closing business as an Account Sales Manager (ASM)- Contributing to product strategy and direction- Leading and managing SOC 2 audit processes- Recruiting key technical hires from my network (data science, engineering)- Training new team members for various positions and generally on the product and space- Implementing our first CRM and processes that could be adhered to in a quickly changing environment- Implementing our first and second software development management platforms, co-leading the migration to the third- Implementing the first helpdesk and customer support processes, leading the migration to the second- Leading the support and enablement organization- Leading the professional services organizationThroughout my time at Functionize, I have been able to leverage my deep understanding of the product and the industry to drive success for the company and its customers.
