My remit was to manage the UK Life Science contract division.I managed a team of 21 recruitment consultants who placed candidates on a contract/freelance basis into Pharma & Biotech, Medical Devices, Digital Health, Food Manufacturing industries.

Managed the Healthcare contract division, grew headcount from 6 to 27. Placing non-medical/non-clinical (operational) candidates on a contract/interim basis into the NHS and private healthcare organisations across London & South East.
