Planet scale experience leading and making games, operating systems, large-scale services, and game consoles. VP at PlayStation and Indeed, Sr Director at Microsoft, eBay, Nest, and Meta. Founder at Mediax (1994) and Mythogenic (2024.)AI is incredibly important. We are a wave 2 AI startup in that:- we couple AI with extremely deep non-AI expertise (game dev & design)- we are primarily focused on consumer end-product rather than middleware- our eventual middleware offering targets the future customer of game dev, not the pastAt Mythogenic we think that AI is important but only one aspect of a studio's operation. We also believe that the most productive avenue for AI in gaming is on the technical side rather than the creative. While AI does has obvious benefits for creative roles, the upside in code is bigger. There are some really interesting and powerful ways that AI can instead take on engineering burden, giving each designer their own engineering team with a user interface that is rational, simple, and powerful. Like many things in AI, it's coming faster than you think.It's early days, we have fonts to pick and screens to capture. Stay tuned.
