• Manage all accounting operations including Payroll, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition• Manage outsourced functions• Prepare timely monthly consolidated financial statements• Prepare budget and financial forecasts and report variances• Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings• Develop accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls• Interface with outside audit firms, banks, insurance agents and equity partners• Lead accounting due diligence process to ensure a smooth sale of the company

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annually compiled financial statements for management• Prepare supplementary schedules and working papers• Calculate, prepare, and enter various month end journal entries into the general ledger• Reconcile general ledger and resolve reconciled items• Prepare trial balances for preparation of income tax returns• Process payroll including recordkeeping and tax reporting• Prepare sales and business property tax returns• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable• Perform monthly bank reconciliations• Maintain Thomson Reuters accounting software and NetClient portals
