Currently I reside in Puerto Morelos, Mexico. I conduct a number of virtual courses in my chosen area of expertise, that of personal health and longevity. My premier offering is the Mayan Odyssey, an exploration of the Mayan riviera and it's heritage and archeology such as Tulum, Coba and Chicken Itza. This is interleaved with seminars in healthy living, spiritual practices and healthy food choices.
