Production Planner
CurrentAs a Production Planner at ATI, my job is to ensure that our products are manufactured promptly and efficiently. Our customers' needs are our number one priority, but company goals (based on inventory levels) and labor capacity are also used to direct how I schedule orders.I create work orders, monitor production steps, and communicate with Purchasing, Sales, Manufacturing, Shipping, and Engineering on a daily basis.I view my job as teamwork, and I help my fellow Planners as much as possible if they require assistance.I am tech savvy and learn new programs easily. I have experience with two ERP systems: AddOn (at my previous job) and Intuitive at my current job. I use multiple reports daily, such as Bills of Materials reports, capacity charts, and Sharepoint documents.
