CurrentResponsibilities:• Create and execute successful learning strategies and programs that accelerate the performance of leaders, managers, and employees• Partner with HR Business Partners and executives to develop learning and development strategies that enable KLA-Tencor’s business strategies• Design and deliver world-class training programs• Accelerate team performance through problem solving, brainstorming, strategic planning, RACI, team-building, change management, and other facilitated sessions• Write and host video-based learning programs for global training needs
