Led all pre-construction strategy for multi-family, luxury condominium and hospitality projects within South Florida and New York City. Responsible for all marketing tactics, contract negotiations, space planning strategies, construction budgets and all specialty consultant coordination, most recently to create the tallest residential tower south of New York, Waldorf Astoria Miami. Developed and managed all brand strategy, digital marketing, partnerships, launch event strategies, listing development, immersive content creation, international outreach, public relations, and advertising initiatives to ensure the successful sellout of assets totaling over $4B. Supervised all pricing strategy, quarterly market presentations, and competitive analysis, while driving national and international outreach that resulted in successful partnerships across Latin America and Asia. Strategic advisor for all consultant coordination – led all concepts, schematic design, design documentation and construction documentation for over 40 consultants and co-developers, including JDS Development, Greybrook, S2 Development, Mohari, and award-winning firms Sieger Suarez Architects, BAMO, Studio Sofield, Sean O’Connor Lighting, The Ness Group and Tatar Art Projects.- Defined and executed marketing and media blitz strategies to ensure the overall sellout of some of Miami's most desirable residences.- Managed and produced engaging social media content with dedicated photo shoots and sales team roundtables, resulting in an overall increase in engagement across all platforms and an average of 1k new followers per month.- Collaborated with sales teams to develop paid media and targeted email campaigns - Led the creation of the only-of-its-kind sales center for Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences Miami, which includes a 24-foot scale model, immersive user activations, and fully finished model unit with exaggerated view simulations on a 75-foot LED screen.- Record-breaking sales year over year.
