With over twenty years of experience in high growth organizations, I have held a variety of leadership responsibilities. Most recently I was the executive in charge of all quality, environmental, and safety operations for over one billion dollars in annual construction projects . Before assuming that role, I led the growth and development of the the engineering and procurement teams, leading all operational aspects for designs and standards, innovating operational and cost reduction improvements, and change management. I’ve also held roles as chief legal officer and development counsel in both large regional homebuilding and nationally based cell tower infrastructure operators. My core competencies include operational excellence, team building, innovation, and stakeholder engagement.
