I am fortunate to have worked on projects for clients such as Lloyds Bank, Harrods, The MOD & Taylor Wimpey and have been recognised for my achievements throughout my career.Until recently I was a Client Relationship Manager for Energist UK, a Building Regulations Specialist within the Construction industry. In this role I was predominantly focused on B2B Account Management, although I also have an extensive knowledge of the B2C market. Within this role I received praise from my peers and clients alike for my professionalism, dedication and relationship building abilities. In previous roles I have achieved numerous best performance awards, lead record breaking Sales campaigns and delivered company leading Customer Satisfaction results.My colleagues know me as an energetic, positive and creative person, a natural motivator who constantly seeks improvement. I thrive on innovation and am always keen to share new ideas, without imposing them on others. I take time to talk to my clients about themselves and their respective industries, to understand how we can grow our relationships positively.
