I currently handle data migrations across a number of our systems, config and support of web integrations from our own software across a broad range of platforms, along with general Project Management and consultation across multiple software suites. I'm comfortable moving across projects, softwares and roles to facilitate as needed.This current role returns me to an IT setting, but allows me to draw on my prior retail experience and the knowledge of the relevant systems. Through Swanretail there is a provision for EPOS, CRM, Warehouse, Back Office and E-Commerce solutions for a variety of commercial genres. From sports clubs and venues, to high street and online retailers; both large and small. The wider Clearcourse business add further options within the hospitality sector along with a payments solution and various other industries and wider functionality.As an individual I like to think outside the box. On the whole I am a creative person and I enjoy using my abilities to produce content for both the online and offline domains. I prefer to achieve something, than to talk about achieving something.Specific skills/areas: Data - creation, management and manipulation. The latter of course being more reliant on my own abilities in these fields.Retail management, product placement and knowledge, stock control, accounts, customer service.With the IT side of things i worked in the IT dept at UEL whilst studying for my degree. This involved networking and general IT support for the staff, onsite business center and my fellow students both through the various terminals and technologies and the campus resident systems.I have kept a keen interest in the computing field through various projects and hobbies.
