As the assistant project leader for Olderfleet, a high-rise commercial office tower, I could apply the skills and experience I gained from my previous roles. This hybrid role, with a focus on design, allowed me to be fully involved in the Grimshaw design process, resulting in an industry-recognized, high-quality outcome.I also was responsible for being the Design Technology portfolio lead in Melbourne as part of my broader contributions to the office.
