Matt lead the development of the company’s Direct-to-Consumer delivery/pickup platform which generated over $185mm in revenue to date. The platform has over 400,000+ user accounts, which allow customers to shop from any of our locations throughout California (with reach of 50% to the adult population), 11 locations, 1.5mm visitors sessions per month, a 15% e-commerce conversion rate (typical retail is 1-2%) and 141% transaction growth year over year.

Matt oversaw a top-performing 105-member team for the R&D division and digital lab arm of an operator of global shopping-center portfolios.
