Matt Mellos joined Strom Commercial with a wealth of knowledge surrounding the San Diego real estate market. Matt guides his clients through the entire real estate process including building/land acquisitions, lease negotiations, space planning, head count studies, and interfacing with contractors and architects ensuring all facets of the real estate transaction is handled completely and professionally.
