I have over 20 years in the banking industry. In my latest role as Product Manager, I was running the Domestic and International Enterprise Payment Business for Santander Bank N.A. which included advising on Sales, Risk, Technology, Regulation, & Strategic planning to grow the segment. I achieved a growth of 6% YOY, in addition was key part of the core team that established the business requirements and directed the implementation of the FiServ wire system, ISO 20022 migration, SWIFTgpi implementation, Development of the ePay (retail payments application) for branch network, and key contributor to the core SWIFT infrastructure team. Prior to this role I was the chief payments consultant for the CGI “All Payments” wire system, and vital to building the business requirements and assisting sales with promoting the application upon release. At FIS I assisted the organization in developing new business opportunities between the legacy FIS core banking systems and the newly acquired SunGuard’s treasury business. At SWIFT Pan Americas I held multiple roles including Head of SWIFT for corporates, Account Management, and Sales. In addition, I have been a key member of a startup “Prescient Markets” the first commercial paper online trade application, acquired by SunGuard.
