My project management experience includes laboratory, utility, hotel, healthcare, parking structure, and senior living projects.My skills include consulting with organizations who are looking to build, construction delivery methods, pre-construction planning, design/build, construction management, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) including Lean healthcare operations planning, design-assist contracting, contract negotiation, Building Information Modeling (BIM), total cost modeling, and Lean construction.
