RVG develops affordable townhomes, low-rise, and mid-rise multifamily communities throughout the Southeast. At RVG I assist with multiple aspects of the development and design process. I am heavily involved in LIHTC applications, site selection and land acquisition, site due diligence, entitlements and the permitting process. I work closely with project designers (architect, civil, landscape, MEP) during the design phase and then lead projects through land disturbance and building permitting until NTP. I then serve as the owners rep on weekly AOC calls once under construction and serve as the point person for all green building requirements for our developments. www.reaventures.com

At URE I lead the development of DG and Community Solar projects through site selection, land acquisition, due diligence, utility interconnection, entitlements, design, and permitting.

Serve as a green building consultant for home builders such as Atlanta Habitat for Humanity. Services include home energy modeling (HERS) for home performance and rebates, Duct and Envelope Testing for code compliance, and green building design consultation.

Served as a green building consultant for over 40 multifamily properties. As a Project Manager at Southface, my primary job function was to support the daily operations of our green building programs including EarthCraft Multifamily, EarthCraft Communities, ENERGY STAR, and LEED for Homes. Through this work I supported efforts to advance alternative energy technology, better land use practices, land conservation, sustainable site design, energy and water efficiency measures, durable and healthy housing, and other practices influencing our built environment. I routinely led charrettes, design reviews, and completed site visits to ensure sustainable measures were initiated during design and executed effectively throughout construction.In addition, I served as a technical consultant for multifamily buildings seeking to comply with EarthCraft and ENERGY STAR building standards, personally certifying over 3,000 units of sustainable multifamily dwellings in the Atlanta region. Notable projects include the ENERGY STAR Multifamily High Rise pilot for the Southeast region, numerous adaptive reuse and historic projects throughout the state, and leading the consulting process for the high profile Emory Point mixed use development bordering the Emory University campus. www.earthcraft.org / www.southface.org

Led research initiatives and technical report preparation for clients such as the NJ Department of Transportation. These reports were used to evaluate state planning programs focused on pedestrian and bicycle safety.Co-authored a comprehensive planning report on alternative transportation improvements for a local New Jersey township. In the report we identified pedestrian and bicycle safety improvements including Safe Routes to Schools priorities.

Tracked relevant state legislation which impacted the industrial and office real estate environment in New Jersey and drafted official correspondence to the state legislature articulating the association's stance on proposed laws that could impact industrial and office real estate development.Worked to promote Transit Oriented Development and sustainable development strategies within New Jersey's commercial real estate community.
