As president of BNA Smart Payment, I strive to be a thought leader and innovator in the payment space. In fact, BNA was the first to bring wireless terminals to Canada and the first to introduce internet-based payment instead of dialup in the country. With over 30 years of business experience, I've been around to see the significant changes in the payment industry. I believe that anticipating and adapting to change is the key to success – whether we’re talking about new revolutionary tech or customers’ evolving payment preferences. Before starting BNA and helping to grow it into one of the most trusted names in payment processing in Canada, I held executive positions with other major players in the payment industry, where I implemented international sales and marketing strategies, established strategic alliances with international companies, and focused on revenue growth.
