In my role as a Process Architect & Project Manager at Kforce Inc, I worked closely with the Director of Audit and IT Process Excellence to create a comprehensive corporate-wide retention schedule for Spectrum Brands. By partnering with a 3rd party, we conducted extensive functional area interviews to determine the appropriate duration for retaining important records. Additionally, I designed and implemented a strategy to promote saving important documents on Teams/SharePoint, resulting in improved document management efficiency. Using MS Forms and Power Automate, architected an archival and disposition process within a SharePoint list to document requests and acquire management approval.

On contract at WRC, managed multiple Underwriting and Pricing projects. Developed an algorithm for reinsurance company utilizing annual financial metrics to quantitatively analyze their entire book of business. Introduced and implemented GIS technologies to demonstrate how it can be leveraged to identify peril trends and respond accordingly.
