Creative DirectorVarious Mar 2011 - PresentIn my years in advertising, I've done it all on both the agency and client sides. My background is in traditional advertising, but I've done plenty of digital and social marketing, video, DM, email and even sustainability marketing. I've helped ad agencies win and grow business by delivering results for the clients, and I've helped client-side businesses build brands while delivering day-to-day results that exceed expectations. If you have an interesting challenge—big, small, or in between, I'm up for it. Let's talk. What I learned: I still love doing the work. I love going above and beyond. I love a new challenge.

FounderThe San Francisco Egotist May 2010 - Jan 2022Yes, I ran the SF Egotist anonymously from its inception until passing the baton over to new owners at the start of 2022. I somehow managed to keep it a secret from all but 3 people for over a decade. (Shhh... it's still a secret. We'll see how many of you see this and find out.)I created all the content - as many as a dozen posts a day for years, and it was one of the proudest accomplishments I have in my advertising career. I still love advertising, creativity and making cool shit, but it was time for new blood. (And no, I don't know who's taking it over or who runs any of the other Egotist city sites.)A huge, huge thank you to all the ad and pr people who sent in content and enthusiastically found me participants for all the crazy content ideas I came up with. You're the absolute best. Also a special thanks to everyone who contributed to the millions of page views I had over the years. It was incredible to see the support from the Bay Area ad community for more than a decade. And finally, I tip my hat to The Denver Egotist, who chose me to run their first city-specific spin-off site. They were absolutely amazing from Day 1 and they still are. They will forever have my gratitude for allowing me the privilege of running the SF Egotist.
