Current• Focus & provide aftermarket support for all Weir equipment• Ensure technical support, strong spare parts and service business performance• Understand and act upon the most crucial needs of key customers.• Develop marketing strategies in conjunction with the Sales Manager.• Travel to customer sites to manage and build relationships with the client.• Develop and achieve growth and aftermarket retention strategies• Conduct GAP analysis reports to track & report market share and opportunity• Prepare and maintain accurate customer business records and CRM tools.• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of industry processes, competitors and commercial influences.
