AgendaScope is a SaaS platform that gives management teams and boards a way to make better decisions that matter for long-term success. Being able to clearly see what’s on your strategic agenda means you can easily catch opportunities and head off threats. You can map impact, make decisions and set priorities and stop discussing items only when they’re urgent. Designed to focus board and management meetings, capture priorities in between, and map decisions that need to be made. Built by a team who have sat at too many tables where the same things are discussed over and over again but not decided on. And meetings that get stuck in the day-to-day to-do list without diving into real threats and opportunities. AgendaScope is for boards, decision makers, and teams that know getting focused, intelligent input from everyone will create better outcomes for everyone. Full View: See what's coming up, what needs a decision right now, and what you've forgotten to consider.Focus: Know what's important to make decisions about now, or the potential impact if you don't.Facts: Deal in what you know, plan for what's possible, and discover your gaps.
