Additionally, I led a 6-month technology demonstration initiative, developing API integrations following a minority investment in a tethered-drone manufacturer, showcasing new video features to hundreds of prospective fire service customers at major global trade shows. I also built five strategic alliances, including a collaboration with the FirstNet IoT platform, enhancing our product offerings through integrated partner solutions and strengthening our competitive position in the fire service market.

As a product leader at MSA, I managed the full lifecycle for three connected device product lines within the fire service portfolio, overseeing project justification, forecasting, launch execution, S&OP, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and eventual phase-out. By implementing immersive prototyping techniques for VoC (Voice of the Customer) data collection in thermal imaging applications, I optimized development feedback cycles by 75%. Additionally, I developed the strategy for fire service software, crafting a future vision for FireGrid by integrating separate products into a unified cloud-based platform, with a focus on enhancing on-scene safety and improving fire department maintenance efficiency.
