With over 20 years of experience in business planning, management consulting, fund development, nonprofits, and CDFIs, I have a diverse blend of technical expertise and leadership skills that enable me to deliver impactful solutions for a variety of clients and sectors.My mission is to help organizations achieve their goals and create positive social change through effective strategy, operations, and innovation. I have successfully led initiatives in national program replication, government contracting, philanthropic fund development, change management, information technology, and social-purpose lending. I am also a graduate of the CDFI Leadership Learning Network, a prestigious program that trains and connects leaders in the community development financial industry. I am passionate about empowering and coaching other leaders and entrepreneurs to reach their full potential and make a difference in their communities.
