In addition, inventoried and cataloged existing onsite databases from previous classes, projects and various sources to produce a usable, documented GIS for future academic and research work.

Assisted in undergraduate cartography and GIS courses by developing class exercises, aiding students and coordinating guest lecturers. Also held hours as a computer lab assistant helping students utilize and troubleshoot a variety of geospatial software.

Helped develop, deliver and instruct introductory and advanced GIS and GPS courses at the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service’s National Conservation Training Center. Conducted accuracy study of various GPS units, as well as undertook trail mapping project.
