The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program - dedicated to providing practical business education, access to capital, and support services to help small businesses grow and create jobs. Primary Liaison acting as the single point of contact for small business owners, adeptly explaining and presenting procedures and service eligibility requirements, ensuring clear understanding and alignment. Contributed to the success and sustainability of the Goldman Sachs Program, empowering small business owners and driving economic growth within our community.Responsibilities extended to managing compliance with funder documentation requirements, guaranteeing seamless operations and financial transparency. Interpreted and implemented policies and procedures to ensure strict adherence to program operations and service standards, aligning with the objectives set by our funders. • Supervised data entry processes to guarantee accuracy and reliability, producing both statistical and narrative reports for analysis. • Responsible for overseeing events, workshops, and training schedules, as well as staff schedules, ensuring smooth execution and optimal resource allocation. • Implemented marketing, promotional, and outreach activities to bolster our program's visibility and engagement within the community.• Attuned to developments in small business economic development, keeping abreast of industry news and trends, informing strategic decision-making and program adaptation. • Facilitated communication and collaboration by interfacing with clients, community leaders, press, and media, fostering strong relationships and bolstering our program's impact.• Provided crucial administrative and database support, ensuring the efficient functioning of our operations and the integrity of our data management processes.
