In my time with State Street I was responsible for tracking the completion of many company wide initiatives. This included chairing program meetings to provide project updates and assign follow up responsibilities. In an effort to increase knowledge and participation of a major company program I organized an open-house style networking event that brought together many of the key players to share the end-state vision. This event was then replicated in multiple location across the country. As a member of the Employee Engagement Committee, I ran focus groups to define division improvement opportunities and launched an internal group site as part of the State Street intranet.

While working with FC Harlem, I organized the first annual Harlem Children’s Zone World Cup, involving over 600 children from local schools. Additionally, I helped plan and execute a silent auction event that raised over $5,000.As a coach for FC Harlem, I increased participation of team members while also planning mandatory tutoring sessions for the players. I also taught after-school soccer classes with a focus on health and nutrition at Harlem Children’s Zone schools in collaboration with with United Soccer Foundation's Soccer for Success program.
