Having served as Manager of Salesforce Administrators and a Senior Salesforce Administrator, I was responsible for overseeing a team of eight Salesforce Administrators, while actively taking part in the implementation of projects aimed at boosting Salesforce functionality and utilization. My role involved coordinating various activities, including the design of support desk processes, oversight of schedules, rollout of training programs, and resolution of high-level escalations. In addition, I also conducted daily standup meetings, managed bug/defect triage, facilitated backlog grooming, and contributed to scope development to support sprint planning.Significant accomplishments include:• Expanded the size of personal team from zero personnel to eight direct reports.• Played a key role in augmenting the size of the overall Salesforce team from only two members to more than 25 personnel, including multiple subteams.• Delivered key contributions to a major system overhaul and new system integrations over the course of 18 months.• Enabled more accurate analysis of 1.5M security datapoints by developing a new tool, which led to greater understanding of system security and access parameters, and elimination of redundancies in access paths.• Formulated comprehensive sales commission calculations using Salesforce reporting and Excel automation for more accurate assessment of quarterly business performance.

As a Salesforce Administrator, I was tasked with maintaining, optimizing, and continually refining our company's Salesforce platform, while coordinating the development and revision of customized fields, objects, workflows, and flows. Other duties included attending to daily service requests, performing light maintenance activities through InContact and BoldChat, and ensuring adherence of operational procedures to standard deployment process.
