Having served as Manager of Salesforce Administrators and a Senior Salesforce Administrator, I was responsible for overseeing a team of eight Salesforce Administrators, while actively taking part in the implementation of projects aimed at boosting Salesforce functionality and utilization. As a Salesforce Administrator, I was tasked with maintaining, optimizing, and continually refining our company's Salesforce platform, while coordinating the development and revision of customized fields, objects, workflows, and flows.
