Upgraded global finance structure and performance while crafting a strategic plan for Ross International LTD to regain a prominent place in the glass container industry. Managed legacy employee benefit programs while executing cost reduction initiatives with $1MM+ annual savings.

•Conceived and executed a full scale reorganization of this multi-location manufacturer. -Reorganization included construction of a new manufacturing facility in which four previously disjointed and partially redundant locations were consolidated under one roof and common management. -Following reorganization, overall production capacity doubled while hourly workforce was trimmed by 40%. -Additionally, gross margin increases were complimented by SG&A reductions during this process to yield higher operating income. -Congruently refinanced all existing debt and negotiated bridge facility to perform reorganization.•Lead acquisition and transition team through purchase of local manifestation of international competitor. -Through aggressive communication strategy, achieved 95% customer retention rate throughout transition period. -Negotiated purchase agreement, associated supply agreement, toll manufacturing agreement, employment agreements and financing arrangements for transaction.•Orchestrated successful sale of Packaging Specialists to Packaging Corporation of America.
